''LENT REFLECTIONS AND DELIVERANCE 2019''

Metropolitan, Archbishop Bobby Land Jr. recently with a blend of his Native American Indian tradition opened the first Holy Roman Mass of Lent Season with Ash Wednesday celebrations. ''Jesus invites us to accompany him on this forty days Lent journey. As we fast and pray God's will and purpose prevails. We will not just survive the trials of lent in our human experience, but rather tear down the strongholds of evil throughout this season'',  the Archbishop said. ''As we journey deeper into this time of consecration and retreat, may we experience a time of preparation and self examination, as we reflect in silence and solitude'', he stated.

''Jesus repels the temptations of Satan. Christ permitted Himself to be tempted by Satan. We should not be surprised if we have to struggle against the malice and snares of the devil. God offers us strength to resist, guard, and control our senses, in almsgiving, prayer and fasting, and uniting ourselves with Christ in Mass under his divine protection, in the Communion of Saints, and  Holy Communion''.
